Pre-condition: Select 'Material' option for 'Material design in the browser's top chrome' in chrome://flags.

Steps:
!. Launch Chrome and open incognito window.
2. Type text in omnibox like "map" and observe.

Actual: Color of typed text in omnibox appears black in Incognito window.

Expected:  Color of typed text in omnibox should be gray in Incognito window.

This is a regression issue broken in M-51, below is bisect info.

Good build: 51.0.2672.0

Bad build: 51.0.2673.0
