What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Add a person for sign in overlay >> In Email field hit "space" key from keyboard and observe the cursor
Expected: On hitting space key ghost text should vanish or go upwards
Actual:Instead cursor overlaps with ghost text even after using space key
This is a non regression issue as no ghost text in old sign in overlay [42.0.2311.50/6812.42.0 (Official Build) beta-channel quawks]
Issue is also seen in 46.0.2463.3/7305.0.0 dev channel quawks and 49.0.2623.95/7834.60.0 beta channel daisy
NOTE: This is not seen in any of sign in forms i.e:Ghost text disappears on hitting space key
