Chrome 49. SVG area is broken after drag browser tab

yulyagolovneva@ - Tried the above steps but unable to reproduce it on Windows 7 using chrome M49-49.0.2623.87 . Could you please provide the actual and expected behavior of this issue along with a screen-shot or screen-cast including OS platform for further investigation.
