Some emojy layout display abnormally

Firmware Google_Clapper.5216.199.7

 
REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to any vk layout
2.Go to emojy panel
3.Switch to the third tab 
4.Check its UI

ACTUAL RESULTS:
Only display two line emojy, the third line is empty , refers to screenshot

Because emojis of that category can't fill full of the page
