Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a protected .pdf file
2. Put the protected .pdf file into Google Chrome
3. Click to PRINT than aave the .pdf file 

What is the expected behavior?
The file would be protected anyway I save it.

What went wrong?
I could copy the file contents when I saved the file into Google Chrome.
