Links on high-contrast mode extension prompt are almost impossible to read

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Turn on Windows High Contrast Mode
2. Start Chrome
3. Wait for prompt

What is the expected behavior?
Links in high-contrast mode should be able to be seen easily

What went wrong?
It's almost impossible to read the dark blue links against the black background.

Chrome version: 48.0.2564.116  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 8.1 Enterprise
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
