Default kernel config should allow more than 8 loopback devices

With some of our experiments we're doing now, we might need more than 8 loopback devices mounted on our systems.

CONFIG_BLK_DEV_LOOP_MIN_COUNT should be increased across our kernels. Side effects from this should be quite limited.

Nevermind, I misread the code. The current 8-by-default-but-more-can-be-created is just fine.
