Talkback on M49 does not read aria-labelledby items that are also aria-hidden

Issue description

Version: M49
OS: Android

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. With Talkback enabled, go to http://output.jsbin.com/fotece (source code: http://jsbin.com/fotece/2/edit?html)

The second input should read "robin, edit box" (since it's aria-labelledby by the "robin" label), but instead it reads "edit box".
