"browser_tests" is flaky

Issue description

"browser_tests" is flaky.

This issue was created automatically by the chromium-try-flakes app. Please find the right owner to fix the respective test/step and assign this issue to them. If the step/test is infrastructure-related, please add Infra-Troopers label and change issue status to Untriaged. When done, please remove the issue from Sheriff Bug Queue by removing the Sheriff-Chromium label.

Looks like chromium-try-flakes failed to update datastore with the issue number after creating the issue due to an exception and as a result thought that there is no issue yet. I've manually updated datastore with this issue ID and going to follow up and see the cause of the exception in issue 583457.

Please ping me if you see more duplicates created for "browser_tests".

Oh just kidding, these have to do with the 32bit devices pretending they're 64 bit, or something like that. Let me find the bug.
