Linux Leak bot failing for a long time

Several tests have been consistently failing on this, a subset is here in this bug.  Check out the builder for more.

Looks like dup of  issue 594309 . Don't know why this is happening, but failing tests are:
* CSS Variables
* Flexbox
all imported from mozilla.
