Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 7647.84.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 Safari/537.36 Platform: 7647.84.0 (Official Build) stable-channel peppy Example URL: chase.com Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Navigate to Chase's website: chase.com What is the expected behavior? Login page loads What went wrong? Page doesn't load login section; just white. This is occurring on Dev Channel with the Pixel II and Stable Channel with C720; both Chromebooks are using different Google accounts. Works on Windows with Chrome and Edge. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes Two days ago. Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 48.0.2564.116 Channel: stable OS Version: 7647.84.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

This seems like bad browser detection or parsing of the UA string. In chase-us.min.js::isAndroidDevice there's an access of c.os.family, but family is null.

I would add that 1. Loading incognito mode results in same bahvior i.e. it's not an extension causing the error 2. chase.com loads correcly using Chrome browser on Android tablet.

Issue 596826 has been merged into this issue.

This might be able to be closed. The Chase.com website started working correctly again two days ago. Presumably a change on Chase's part.
