[Regression]: Previously opened screenshot is seen even after opening New screenshot

Version: 50.0.2661.31/7978.15.0 (Official Build) dev-channel gnawty,daisy,peppy,quawks
OS: Chrome os

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user/Browse as guest >> Take a screenshot and open it in gallery by clicking it from download bubble[Say Screenshot1]
(2) Minimize gallery >> Now take another Screenshot [Say screenshot 2] >> Open it in gallery by double clicking Screenshot 2 from files app

Expected: On double clicking screenshot 2 ,gallery should be populated and Screenshot 2 should be seen

Actual: Instead on double clicking screenshot 2 ,gallery is populated but screenshot 1 is only seen.

This is a regression issue as it is working fine in 38.0.2125.44/6158.19.0 beta channel daisy

Issue is also seen in 49.0.2623.95/7834.60.0 (Official Build) beta-channel daisy.

@yawano: Please confirm the issue.

Able to reproduce the issue on Peppy using chrome version 50.0.2661.31/7978.15.0.

I can not reproduce the issue on beta channel.
How can I open the image in gallary by clicking it from download bubble?
(It seems screenshots are missing)
