[Non Regression] auto fill does not working properly in "http://www.qvc.com/"

OS: Ubuntu 14.04 ,windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and open 'chrome://settings'
(2) Click on 'Manage Autofill settings' and fill the detail.
(3)Navigate to "http://www.qvc.com/" and double click on ‘Name',select suggestion

What is the expected output? 
Address,phone filed should be autofill
What do you see instead?
Instead its not auto filling[Refer the video]


This is a non regression issue seen from M29(29.0.1514.0)

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.113 using chrome version 50.0.2661.18

Tested the issue on latest stable 65.0.3325.181, on latest beta 66.0.3359.45 and on latest canary 67.0.3377.0 using Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.13.3 and is fixed now. i.e; Observing autofilled data in Address and Phone fields.

Hence removing Needs-TestConfirmation and marking as wont-fix.
