Auto fill data doesn't get auto populated in www.targert.com

Issue description

Version: 51.0.2676.0 (Official Build)
OS: Linux Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/autofill ,click on 'add new street address' enter data first/last name, address(enter long address),city, zip code.
2.Navigate to //www.target.com/,Add any product to cart, click on 'guest checkout' button or sign in user 
3.Double click on the fields which were presented there.


Expected: Auto fill data should get auto populated on the text boxes
Actual: Instead Auto fill data is not auto populated on the text boxes

This a Non- Regression issue as same behavior is seen since 30.0.1599.101-Stable channel

Issue is not seen in Windows

Able to reproduce the issue on Linux Ubuntu 14.04 (51.0.2674.0) and Mac 10.11.3 using chrome version 50.0.2661.18.

Hi thanks for reporting. This is due to the fact that Autofill now respects autocomplete="off" for non credit card forms. 

It seems that all the fields on that page have the autocomplete attribute set to off. So it is WAI.
