No keyboard events are fired while default video controls are in focus

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://jsfiddle.net/kpzLj4sa/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Click inside the iframe with the video, then press tab until the video controls get focus. 2. Press any key, and note that no paragraphs are being created. 3. Click away from the video, press some keys, and note that paragraphs are once more being created. What is the expected behavior? Key events should still fire while the keyboard controls have focus. What went wrong? This did not happen. Did this work before? No Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Tested this issue on Windows 7 using chrome latest stable M50-50.0.2661.94 by following steps mentioned in the above comment. Observed the issue is still seen on latest chrome builds. As per above comment adding appropriate label for further triage. Thanks!
