Auto switching websocket tabs after updating to v49

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Dev Tools on a page with at least two websockets
2. Switch view to Network -> WS to observe websocket's frames
3. Choose any socket from side panel list by clicking. Notice auto switching.

What is the expected behavior?
Selected tab shouldn't switch to another one automatically.

What went wrong?
Debugging websocket based application 

Did this work before? Yes Before update to v49

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
