Regression: Weird blue patches are seen after zooming out the google map page.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 51.0.2677.0 (Official Build)1f6eed8e362f458537e8a95c1df27e38cdc9c334-refs/heads/master@{#380902} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows(Aero Enabled)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and go to www.maps.google.com
(2) Now zoom out the page to it's minimum and observe. 

Weird blue patches are seen after zooming out the page.
Weird blue patch should not be seen after zooming out the page.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-51 series, will soon update other info.

P.S Not seeing this issue on MAC or Linux machines.
 Issue 594871  has been merged into this issue.
Just to update, Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 7 using chrome canary M51-51.0.2679.0 as well.
Can someone do ReleaseBlock-Beta instead of ReleaseBlock-Stable? This is a severe issue.

I don't think it's my change. I suspect the ANGLE roll.

It loads normally but just after one second it becomes broken.
