What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> Go to above url 
(2)Press tab button and observe the radio button under the Privilege section


What is the expected output?
1.Radio button under privilege section should select after the "Use id" and "Password"
2. Tab highlight should proper in the footer options

What do you see instead?
1.Radio buttons selection is skipped after "Use id" and "Password" selection
2.Tab highlight is not proper in the footer options[Please refer the video]


This is Non-Regression Issued seen from M-29.
 
Note : Issue is not seen in Firfox
