Regression:Address second text box field doesn't get auto-populate even after selecting data from list.

Chrome Version:51.0.2676.0 (Official Build)Revision a15e4f0ac7ec67afd93957fa56f1ef027ec3775a-refs/heads/master@{#380871} (32/64-bit)
OS: Win 7(Aero enabled),Win 8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/autofill ,click on 'add new street address' enter data first/last name, address(enter long address),city, zip code.
2.Navigate to https://www.grainger.com/,Add any product to cart, click on 'guest checkout' button.
3.Double click on first name field, observe the address text box 2.

Actual: Address second text box field doesn't get auto-populate even after selecting data from list.

Expected: Address second text box field should get auto-populate after selecting data from list.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M36' and will soon update other info.

Correction in steps:
1.Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/autofill ,click on 'add new street address' enter data first/last name, address(enter long address with "," in details)
2.Navigate to https://www.grainger.com/, Add any product to cart, click on 'guest checkout' button.
3.Double click on first name field under shipping address section, observe the address text box 2.

Manual regression range:
Good Build: 36.0.1974.0
Bad Build:  36.0.1976.2
