OS Version: 8.1
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Works if I install Chrome, or use IE. Specific to Chromium. I have tried MANY versions of Chromium, they all do not let the video play. Have googled the basic answers (turn on/off HW acceleration), nothing works.
