Issue descriptionThe Blimp 0.5 client could integrate with Google Feedback to allow bug reports to be automatically filed, along with logging information captured on the client. For Googlers, bug reports can be automatically tied to the user's Gaia ID so the feedback appears on go/myfeedback. We may be able to automatically file a crbug for feedback that is sent in from the client (under the assumption that only developers will be using it, this seems like a sensible thing to do).

After discussion with klobag@, it sounds like this is going to be more trouble than it's worth in the short term, in part due to the GMSCore dependency. We might revisit if we find that Blimp 0.5 is more widely used by people who aren't likely to manually file bug reports (e.g., people like me :-)

Darin has been asking for this as well, and unless 0.6 is going to be ready fairly soon, I wonder if it is not worth the (hopefully small) amount of effort to do.
