Align Chrome folder to El Capitan style

Project Member Reported by sgabr...@chromium.org, Mar 11 2016

Issue description

Our current bookmark folders are using the pre-yosemite style.
I'd like to try using a version of the bookmark folder closer to they grey folder the finder uses in its left column.

The default icon is a bit too big for our layout so I created a smaller version. I also added our managed and supervised version.

.svg version attached for prog rendering (in 1x and @2x).
I also attached the incognito version.

Hello sgabriel@,

I haven't gotten to working on the bookmarks bar, so that's why you don't see the change yet. Is it your intention for these to be the bookmark icons we display when running on a pre-El Capitan system?

It's ok, just filing for tracking :)

Yes. I think Yosemite uses it as well and I think at this point pre-Yosemite users are not very numerous. In any case it doesn't hinders usability so I'd be inclined to ship all versions with these, for simplicity and consistency sake.
