ramp-up-down-up-average-network-latency/UpDownUpThreeStreams			ramp-up-average-network-latency/UpDownUpThreeStreams
have gone up on linux.

The change seem to be related to https://codereview.webrtc.org/1782003003.
holmer@ could you please take a look to see if your CL has caused this, and whether it is an expected increase?

Thanks, I expected that CL to change these stats to some extent, so I think we can close it.
