Regression: Unwanted extra space is seen in 'File Size Stats' window in chrome://tracing.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 51.0.2674.0 (Official Build) f9be006501afecf6f58b3d638999e03613314c84-refs/heads/master@{#380495} 32/64-bit. OS: All(Win 7-Aero enabled) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, go to 'chrome://tracing' page and click on 'Record' button. 2. Now record the traces by clicking on 'Record' and 'Stop' button. 3. Click on 'File Size Stats' option at RHS and observe the Table Header. Unwanted extra space is seen and looks weird. Unwanted extra space should not be seen. This is a regression issue, broken in M-50 series, below is bisect info. A friendly reminder that M50 Stable is launching soon! Your bug is labelled as Stable ReleaseBlock, pls make sure to land the fix and get it merged into the release branch by Apr-5. All changes MUST be merged into the release branch by 5pm on Apr-8 to make into the desktop Stable final build cut. Thanks!
