Logs of the first four failing tests all say:

Error reading telemetry results from /tmp/tmp2OCs6Y
This usually means that telemetry did not run, so it could not generate the file. Please check the device running the test.

Suspect this is an infra issue?

This has a 26 CLs so if it is a non-infra issue may be hard to track down.
