Removed extension comes back again.

Version: 51.0.2673.0 canary (64-bit)
OS: Windows 8.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) get alert about an extension needing new permissions
(2) remove extension
(3) extension comes back!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Extension should go, but instead it comes back.

Adding extensions component.

Is it possible this is a dupe of  issue 590692 ? If you browse to chrome://sync-internals/ > Sync Node Browser > Expand Apps/Extensions do you see an entry in both for this this SourceKit?

yes I have an entry for iieeldjdihkpoapgipfkeoddjckopgjg in both the "Apps" directory and also the "Extensions" directory.
