Chrome version : 51.0.2673.0 764e6bb1b05458cde3ca0702ceb801d25c3dcc3b-refs/heads/master@{#380313} 32/64 bit
OS : All (Win 7 aero enabled)

Steps : 
1. Launch Chrome, open NTP, go to devtools and open the Drawer using the Esc key.
2. Click on 'Resources' Tab and navigate to 'Service Workers'.
3. Click on the text and hit Ctrl A.
4. Repeat step 3 and observe.

Actual : After repeating the step 3, text in 'Console' section gets selected even when the focus is in 'Service Workers' section. 
Expected : Text in 'Console' section should not get selected after repeating the step 3.

This is a non regression seen from 'M-51', series as this is a new feature introduced in 51.0.2673.0
