Touch selection handle lag on dailymail.co.uk

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Navigate to any article on dailymail.co.uk;
(2) Select some text by long-pressing on a word;
(3) Scroll the page up/down.

Expected result:
Touch selection handles should move with the page without lagging behind.

Actual result:
Touch selection handles lag behind badly!

This is the only website I've found having this issue.

The "lag" issue with test selection handles is seen consistently on CrOS (which is the main reason we hide handles during scrolling). On Android it is only seen on this site. It's not clear if this is related to the CrOS issue in some way, or a completely different bug specific to this site.

I'm not able to repro this on dailymail.co.uk anymore. Not sure if the underlying issue is fixed or it's not happening because the website's layout has changed!
