Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Click on the user icon at the top right. 2. Type username and password while having 2-factor auth enabled with the Google Auth app. 3. Click on "Try another way to sign in". 4. That closes the popup, then opens a new tab in Google Chrome where the login process has to be restarted from the beginning. 5. Enter username/password again 6. Click on "Try another way to sign in" again. 7. After successfully signing in, nothing happens. 8. Try the process again from the top right user icon, and the whole thing starts over again, and never logs in. What is the expected behavior? I should get logged into Chrome to sync bookmarks, settings, etc. What went wrong? It doesn't work. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 48.0.2564.116 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.11.1 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 I'm in Google Chrome 48.0.2564.116 (64-bit) for OS X.

I was able to work around this by setting up Google Authenticator, instead of using SMS verification numbers. The Authenticator code can be inputted inside the popup, and does not open a new Chrome tab. |
