swarming server: Add stdout to the message published when task finishes |

Issue descriptionUpdate the method publishing the message to include the output: https://github.com/luci/luci-py/blob/master/appengine/swarming/server/task_scheduler.py#L337 We'd like this feature for the autotest request handler as that will reduce a query we need to shoot to the swarming server when a task finishes.
