Need to increase text padding for the no hosts text

In portrait mode, only the last word of the no hosts text wraps. We need to increase the padding so that at least two words wrap.

[remoting android] Add padding around the no-hosts text.

It now wraps the last two words of the text instead of the last word
(at least on the device I tested it on).
