Label for Media Router icon is misleading

As mentioned in the recent user study, the label is a bit misleading. Should we change it to 'cast to 2nd screen' or something similar?

It also came up in my accessibility testing.

The current label is "Share your screen"

I'd recommend we change it to, "Display on another screen" as that more properly encompasses what the feature allows you to do (both casting and mirroring).

[Media Router Action] Update icon tooltip text.

Based on feedback from a user study, the current tooltip text is misleading. This change updates that text.
