full screen + spitzer on my n5 sometimes starts playing the video, but the SV shows only the first frame.  if one exits full screen, the embedded video has progressed.  usually, going back into full screen then works as expected.

note that in this case, the 'back' button is always responsive.  in 592798, the hang that sometimes happens causes the back button to be not responsive; one must stop chrome.  plus, the device inspector is not involved here.
