Unwanted white line is seen on hovering the mouse in http://deutschebank.co.in/

Chrome version:50.0.2661.26 (Official Build)0abdf9cbb43ea5639687aa21a2bcb206b1dc6d7b-refs/branch-heads/2661@{#169}(32/64 bit)
OS:Win(Aero enabled) and Linux

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.Launch chrome and navigate to http://deutschebank.co.in/banking.html
2.Hover mouse on options like "Insure today","save tax" and observe.

Actual:Unwanted white line is seen on hovering the mouse on options like;"Insure today","save tax".
Expected:No white line should be seen on hovering mouse on options like;"Insure today","save tax".

This is a Non regression issue seen from 'M-31'(i.e 31.0.1600.0)

Note:This issue is not seen on Mac.

The menu is a Flash movie. Can't do anything about that -- other than site developer fixing it.
