WebGL test "temp expressions should not crash" freezes browser

Project Member Reported by martina....@intel.com, Mar 10 2016

Issue description

The tests on the page look like they have all run and succeeded, but the browser freezes, doesn't respond to any input and cannot be closed. Sometimes, I get a "page unresponsive" popup which then freezes itself, other times my whole X server seems to freeze up and I have to kill chrome from the tty. The problem can be reproduced just by directly opening the html file with the test:

out/Debug/chrome ./third_party/webgl/src/sdk/tests/conformance/glsl/bugs/temp-expressions-should-not-crash.html

Happens both on my dev build from 25aea97085534bf697 and on the packaged version 48.0.2564.82.

The test has already been marked as skipped from issue 540543 . (I'm not sure why it's not skipping it for me locally...)

It was confirmed as a bug in the drivers.
