Issue descriptionChrome Version:50.0.2661.26 0abdf9cbb43ea5639687aa21a2bcb206b1dc6d7b-refs/branch-heads/2661@{#169} (32/64 bit) OS:All, Win 7(Aero enabled) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Launch chrome and navigate to https://login.yahoo.com/config/login? 2.Click on 'sign up' button,change to any language for e.g. 'francias' 3.Click on on back navigation button,observe the contents and name of languge. Actual:Previously selected language is displayed after clicking back navigation button. Expected: Previously selected language should not be seen after clicking back navigation button. This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1549.0)

It looks like the back navigation works properly, but the form input for the language has French selected instead of going back to what it was before. I'm not sure that's a bug-- preserving some form input values when going back seems like a good thing. (Seems more form related than navigation related, though.) The main downside is that you can't easily set it to French again, since selecting it isn't considered a value change. Does someone familiar with forms want to decide if this is a WontFix?
