[Regression] The blink of thumbnail icon is seen in gallery app

Version: 49.0.2623.87/7834.58.0 -beta Chennal
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user >> go to files app >> open any image in gallery
(2)Observe toolbar on the top right side.

What is the expected output?
The blink of Thumbnail icon should not be seen on the tool bar as it is opening in slide view (Please refer screen cast)
 What do you see instead?
Instead blink of thumbnail icon is seen while opening the image.

This is a Regression issue as it is working fine in M38: 38.0.2125.44/6158.19.0 beta-channel daisy,

Note: 
1.Issue is seen in  M49: 49.0.262375/7834.53.0 beta-channel daisy as well
2.Issue is seen in M50: 50.0.2661.20/7978.10.0 (Official Build) dev-channel Peppy

Able to reproduce the issue using M49:49.0.2623.87/7834.58.0 -beta Chennal Daisy, Peppy, Gnawty & Quawks.
