Non-Regression: Unwanted white patch is seen at the bottom of the 'http://yellowpages.fullhyderabad.com/address-telephone' page

Chrome Version       : 50.0.2661.26 (Official Build)
OS Version : Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open 'http://yellowpages.fullhyderabad.com/address-telephone' page.
(2)Scroll the page to the very bottom and observe.


What is the expected result?
white patch should not be seen.

What happens instead?
Unwanted white patch is seen at the bottom

This is a non-regression issue as it is also seen on 30.0.1599.101 stable build.

Note: White patch is not seen when the same page is opened in Firefox.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.3 using chrome version 50.0.2661.26.
Marking it as Untriaged.

I'm not immediately sure where that whitespace comes from. There seems to be no actual reason for it to be there.
