Text box clipped and merging with other text box under chrome://settings/passwords.

Project Member Reported by ajha@chromium.org, Mar 10 2016

Issue description

Version: 50.0.2661.26
OS: Linux Ubuntu 14.04.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Save a federated credential on https://w3c.github.io/webappsec/demos/credential-management/
(2) Go to chrome://settings/passwords and click the federated account text box and observe.

What is the expected output?
> Text box border should be properly rendered and aligned.

What do you see instead?
> Text box border seems to be merging with the federated account and no border is visible for the text box.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
> This is reproducible on the latest M-51(51.0.2673.0) on Linux Ubuntu 14.04 as well. Works fine with the same chrome versions on Windows-7 and Mac OS 10.11.3
> Attached is the screen-shot of the same.

Interesting, I could reproduce neither on 50.0.2661.18, nor on 51.0.2674.0. Where did you get version 50.0.2661.26, Omaha does not seem to know it yet.

(Sorry, dropped a question mark, the last sentence should have been a question: Where did you get version 50.0.2661.26?)

I am still able to repro this on the latest M-51(51.0.2682.0) on Linux Ubuntu 14.04.

Note: This is Linux specific issue and works fine on Windows and Mac.

I'll keep this open in case some developer is able to reproduce the issue.
Given the coming changes in settings, it does not make much sense to put a lot of effort into this, though, so lowering the priority.

Is this still an issue?
