Switch button & alt-shift shortcut key not works in QQ mailbox account input box

Issue description

version 51.0.2672.0 canary
Platform 8041 clapper
Firmware Google_Clapper.5216.199.7

 
REPRO STEPS:
1.Go to mail.qq.com
2.Focus on account input box 
3.Switch to any vk layout
4.Touch switch button in vk or press alt_shift to switch vk

ACTUAL RESULTS:
It does not works , refers to screenshot

Note:
Try to in other account input box , e.g. sina website, it is ok
Try to in pwd input box  in mail.qq.com , it is ok
