 Issue 799387  has been merged into this issue.

There is a quick fix to hide the switch option.

But the ideal behavior would be: when Zhuyin keyboard is full layout, password keyboard is also a full size US keyboard.
We need non-trivial refactor to introduce a keyset manager to calculate the mapping of keysets between different modes.
Currently the corresponding password layout is statically defined in manifest and loaded disregard of compact/full layout of Zhuyin keyboard.
