Switching to external monitor activates a lower-right notification that I switched to an external monitor.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Anytime display is transferred to an external monitor.

What is the expected behavior?
Not having a distracting notification mirroring to an external monitor alerting me that an external monitor is being used. 

What went wrong?
Not being allowed to turn all notifications when displaying to an external monitor

Very distracting when playing multiple short videos as a presentation

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
click on the lower right notification and click on the gear
uncheck the "Chrome Goodies" should disable the notification
or you can just click on the bell to disable all notification
