chrome resolution changes when monitor is turned off

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open chrome
2. turn off monitor
3. turn monitor back on

What is the expected behavior?
All the tabs and all the text gets smaller, and the whole look is as though I have changed monitor resolutions.

What went wrong?
issue with Google Chrome resolution/dpi changing when I turn my monitor off. All the tabs and all the text gets smaller, and the whole look is as though I have changed monitor resolutions.To fix it I have to exit Chrome, and relaunch to get it to look normal again, which is a pain.

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 14.04.1
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
