Issue descriptionGuado with current prod M48- Setup with 2 jabra's, 1 logitech ptz, remote dongle/control in a large 25 participant hangout session. Jabra's were connected directed to the chromebox without the extension cable because of crbug.com/593551 Feedback report submitted from a session where lag was observed during remote control operation: http://feedback/#/Report/6889300887 Panther with a similar setup in large 25 participant hangout session works fine, there is no noticeable lag in remote control operation. Rikku celeron w/ kepler is somewhere in-between Panther and Guado; very very minor lag (if any).

harpreet@ can you attach system details on each of the units? There are a LOT of different SKUs of Panther. If we're comparing an I7 panther to a Celeron I'd expect a lot of difference. +marcheu@ for any thoughts. I'd expect GPU to pick up a lot of the load in Guado and Rikku (If I'm remembering the specs correctly)

This issue with the lag in remote operation (in high occupancy hangout session) is most apparent on Guado Celeron with kepler, less so on Rikku Celeron with kepler and does not happen on Panther i7. I have not tested with any other Panther SKU. I suspect this is expected. There's a big difference is CPU performance here. We can profile this and invest in optimization to improve the situation in general. marcheu@ does the reported behavior make sense from your perspective?
