Should have a testcase for "CHROMIUM: ACPI: Read TSC upon resume"

Reported by olofj@chromium.org, Mar 10 2016

Issue description

The patch "CHROMIUM: ACPI: Read TSC upon resume" is used to collect UMA stats at suspend/resume time, but we have no autotest that makes sure it's still in place and doesn't get accidentally dropped on a kernel rebase.

Ravi, can you help implement this? I believe the power_Resume test already looks for this string.

Comment 2 by tbroch@chromium.org, Mar 25 2016

There is coverage of this via power_Resume as I recently fixed this test raising an exception for that very line missing.

Guessing we can close this unless hope was to track it more directly.
