Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open up the developer tools. When you resize the window, Chrome no longer reports the window size in the top right corner.

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome < 48 used to report the window size of the browser.

What went wrong?
I understand that you can see the window size in device mode, but it was nice to see this report without having to turn device mode on.

Did this work before? Yes <= Chrome 48

OS Version: OS X 10.11.3

Is there an option to turn this on again?
