Issue description51.0.2672.0 canary 10.11.3 - enable Material from chrome://flags - create a window with a few tabs - drag one out to snap out into a standalone window While dragging, the window frame and tab strip has some visual issues: 1) No traffic light controls. They only appear once you let go of the mouse 2) Square window corners. Should be rounded.
