Remove debugging code related to KIF.scenarioTestFindInPageRetainSearchTerm

I added some additional logging marked with TODOs linking to this bug. It needs to be removed once crbug.com/588111 is fixed.

FYI, as of iOS 10 beta 3, UIPasteboardChangedNotification does not work.

Fixed during EG conversion. New test is in find_in_page_egtest.mm called testFindInPageRetainsSearchTerm.
