Issue descriptionVersion: 51.0.2672.0 (Official Build) b4fd57023ade2863e463d3380456968dca6c8bcf-refs/heads/master@{#380022} (32/64-bit) OS: All(Win 7-Aero enabled) Precondition: Enable 'new gaia password-separated sign in flow' flag from 'chrome://flags'. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome, click on avatar icon in top right corner and click on 'Sign in to chrome' button. 2) Enter ' '(blank space) in 'Email' textbox and observe. 'Enter your email' text is seen behind ' '(blank space). 'Enter your email' text should not be seen behind ' '(blank space). This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-48 series (Chrome version: 48.0.2529.0) Note: The above mentioned flag is available from Chrome version: 48.0.2529.0
