What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user>> go to files app>> go to my drive tab
(2) Try to share the folder>> and observe

Expected: Share overlay should not be seen misplaced (Please refer screebshots)
Actual: Instead Share overlay is seen misplaced

This is a Regression issue as issue is not seen in M49: 49.0.262375/7834.53.0 beta-channel Daisy

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows
